This series reminds me of Kaguya Love Is War in the sense that it started out really good and then seems to fall off a cliff. Though unlike Kaguya where it just turned out the author is a talentless hack that accidentally stumbled on something good, I don't think this is the case here. The story has Zhuge Liang reincarnated in modern Japan like the typical 'guy shows up in a different universe' deal. He meets a girl named Eiko (her name has the characters of Zhuge Liang's wife) and a bunch of other Three Kingdom themed guys and helps Eiko becoming some of kind of pop star.
Now, Zhuge Liang is someone who is revered as a godlike figure in Chinese literature, so stuff like how a guy from the Three Kingdom dynasty immediately adapts to modern life doesn't seem all that far fetched. According to the ROTK he once debated some guy and owned him so far the guy died. In the Dynasty Warrior games Zhuge Liang shoots laser beams from his fan and again that totally looks like something he could do. Yet after some initial Zhuge Liang solves it all scenarios now the story goes into like the power of friendship or music or something overcoming all evil. That's totally missing the point of the character. You have a guy that is supposed to solve everything by himself and it's just dumb to talk about friendship or whatever when you're supposed to have a one man solution. Yes it's not a bad idea that other guys get to do a few thing, but if you pick this up you probably at least have some idea of who Zhuge Liang is and you're here to see him do great things.
There is this manga that's like 'Iori (from King of Fighters) travels to a different universe' and then he pretty much owns everyone there, and that make sense since he's the main character of King of Fighters having fought supernatural entities and gods and you'd expect him to easily have upper hand against a random mid level power universe. I know a lot of story of this nature has the opposite problem, that they got this random unassuming guy who for some reason has all these hax powers that seems totally undeserved just because he's the main character and making everyone else an afterthought. But this is the opposite. If your story features a well-known, way overpowered character, then yes it is his show and he's supposed to be owning everyone or why even bother?
