Hmm, i thought it would be even MORE people. Whats with the clusters around the Washington Monument, for example, with so much grass space still not used?

As Kup said it has to be earlier in the day... lots of people there but as many as were there by noonish.

The people just look like dirt that far up in masses... I have the urge to vacuum
