I'll be in New Orleans starting tomorrow night and leaving late Thursday night for MS TechEd 2010. It'll be and a co-worker attending and we'll be looking for something to do and places to eat at night. Any suggestions??? :)

During the day check out the French Quarter, just in general you might find something you like.
Night time, check out Bourbon Street, though again this is mainly if you're looking for alcohol, and the occasional random flashing college girl, and don't have anything to do the next day. :P
For food, I'd try go to Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro, or just Copeland's(Servings sizes are gigantic), there's 2 of them, can't go wrong with either. House of Blues(Food + Music). Ralph & Kacoo's(Louisiana Seafood).
You should try Cafe Beignet just for the Beignets, which are downright awesome.
Also 3 places for food, Andrea's, Antoine's, Broussard's. All easy to remember cause they're just names, hehe.

But mainly just look around the French Quarter during the day, you're bound to find something you're interested in that you can check out at night.

Cool. Thanks, man. I'll have to check those places out. The seafood place definitely interests me.

We'll have to go down there some time. We had planned to do it for our honeymoon, but then Katrina hit shortly beforehand.

So you chose Toronto instead? T.O. is nice and all, but there are much nicer cities in the US, like New York or Boston
