Manaman's joke is clearly a very deep joke about one percenters turning their noses up at the jalapeno pepper business. It's clearly Zeus and his interpretation of the joke that is monstrously racist.

Obviously the joke was not only cheesy but also incomprehensible.
Let's go ahead and kill that joke. Let's just take the funny right out of it:
Jalapeño is a type of pepper. It's pronounced "ha-la-pain-yo". When combined with "Business" and you say it out loud it sounds like "ha-la-pain-yo-business" which sounds like "all-up-in-yo-business". A "nosey" pepper. There the joke it now dead. I hope you're happy.
