Rad, I might do this. I sold the game before the GotY Ed came out, but kept the Collectors Ed stuff with the plan of buying the GotY Ed when it got cheap. But it's still $60 compared to $20-30 and I already have the first 3 DLC packs so maybe I'll just grab a used copy of the game.
I bet I have to renew my Gold subscription for this. I tried to download the Splinter Cell demo to no avail. Really not playing anything online right now so it'll suck to have to subscribe to Gold just to get these deals. Don't say it, Zeus.

1942: Joint Strike is $5 this week on PSN. Just picked up a copy, been waiting for a sale on that one (can't help it, I'm a shooter junkie). If I'm not mistaken, it's online co-op so if any of you here decide to buy it, let me know. I'd love to play it co-op

Left 4 dead 2 is 50% off on steam. $25 gets you an enjoyable gaming experience that I would happily dive into again and play with you.

Crazy deal on Steam atm.
Bully, GTA 1-4, the new Liberty City episodes, San Andreas, Vice City, Manhunt, Max Mayne 1 & 2, Midnight Club 2, and Wild Metal for $42.49.

Max Mayne hehe. Is that the new slow motion hair styling game? Also X3 and the expansion are only $15... I'm considering it.

In case anyone missed it in the other thread, I highly recommend Breath of Death VII, an indie game on Live. It's well worth your $1

Update: There are like a billion things on sale on the xbox live arcade.
Also, Dead Space and Mirror's Edge are on sale on Steam. Once again I proclaim that you are a fool not to somehow own Dead Space, and I think $5 is the perfect price for Mirror's Edge.

$5 is a great price for Mirror's Edge. It's a decent $20 game.
Live deals are only for those with Gold otherwise I probably would have bought 2 or 3 of those

Yeah, probably should have warned you guys about the sales, but I've been Father's Day shopping this week. Sunday, they had Fallout 3 with all 5 DLC for $25. Today, I picked up Dead Space for him for $10. And I'm still waiting for Mass Effect to drop to $5 or so, since it's an EA game.

Yep, waited for the right time. Today is Mass Effect day. Got it for $5, and they have ME2 for $24.

Lots of decent deals on XBLA this week. PB Winterbottom and Poker Smash for $5 each was too good a deal to pass up. Of course, you have to have Gold to be able to take advantage of them which is retarded. Thankfully the GTA 1 month cards still work :-)

Mega Man 10 and After Burner Climax are the notable deals this week. $5 again

The Borderlands DLC is super cheap, too... not that any of it is any good.

Though, if you're at the point of getting it for $10, it kinda defeats the purpose of the whole game, which was multiplayer. Okay, maybe it's half the game, but the multiplayer is good, and nobody is really playing it any more.

Your face is dumb. I've had it for the 360 since launch.
Dumbface.

STALKER and the expansion are bundled together for $10 on Steam right now I was definitely all over that after hearing so much great stuff about the expansion. I played the original but ended up quitting with what I assume very little time left for me to beat it but this'll be a good excuse to rectify that.
I'm a whore for the post-apocalyptic settings in just about anything.

I bought Plain Sight on sale last night for $2 on a whim and it's a blast. If the gameplay intrigues you at all I'd say go for it. A multiplayer game about ninja robots that kill other ninja robots and the point is to gather energy by doing so and then committing suicide so another ninja robot can't steal it from you. You use these energy points to upgrade certain skills in what's typically a 15 minute game. If you join late you get some amount of energy points so your opponents aren't just rolling right over you.
It's easy enough that as long as you're not phoning it in you'll be doing well enough to have fun. Within my first hour of playing it I was consistently getting one of the top three spots in points by the end of the game.
Edit: This game is amazing for 10-20 minute breaks when you're in the middle of something monotonous... Except good luck stopping. Half an hour turned into three hours for me last night.

I picked it up too but didn't have the awesome time you describe... I'll have to give it another try, lag was an issue last time.
