It wouldn't make sense if something that has a liklihood to hurt other people has harsher punishment than crimes that actually hurt other people.</div>

i would agree to such a law if and only if we crack down on the DUI's in this country... 40% of fatal car crashes are with a drunk, that is a much higher % than old people related fatalities
