Guess the whole using chicken for bun thing wasn't crazy enough.

I think that the bun is basically just an edible napkin - just a way for you to keep your hands relatively sanitary while consuming the burger/sandwich. Places can have shitty or great buns, but it eventually boils down to the innards of the sandwich being good or bad to be the determining factor of the item. No one really trumpets about having an incredible bun.

None of the fast food joints, no. They can't. But when you get a great burger or sandwich made on a great bun? Makes a huge difference

Why is that called a burger? There is clearly no cow meat in that picture.
