- Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.
Furthermore, who is willing to take a chance on someone with no feedback for such an expensive purchase.

I don't see this being any different than the links of some guy buying a bunch of really old games for similar amount of money. At least here you probably get some unique collector's stuff as opposed to a game that probably won't run anymore.

It comes with three pets (Panda, Zergling and Mini Diablo). With the new expansion, pets can now be leveled up and battled (Pokemon), making many more people interested in collecting them all. The only way to get those pets is to register a Collector's Edition to your account.
Speaking of, I registered an original CE to my account last week. I found someone with a Collector's Edition and an old WoW account that had never been bound to a Battle.net account. I slapped it on my BNet account and I got the pets across all my characters (pets, mounts and achievements are now BNet Account-wide, so all of the WoW accounts you have registered to the same BNet account will all have the same pets, mounts and achievements). He also shipped me all of the physical stuff, $300 total. Compared to those eBay prices, it was a steal.
