I try to make it a point NOT to get involved in political arguing... but I am so sick of this shit I can't stand it. I know we have a decent spectrum of people with different views, but is there ANYONE left with any intelligence that will be voting for McCain? I have always said that the choice of candidates sucks ass, neither will do well... but the republican attacks at this point have gotten so horrible they're bald faced LIES now.

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar ... gests.html

They went from horribly stretching the truth to outright fucking lying. The other week Obama was pals with terrorists, and now he's a Marxist who wants to rewrite the constitution and give all your possessions to poor people. Is ANYONE believing this bullshit? I'm so sick of the bullying and the lies that I'm utterly and completely disgusted by the way the republicans are behaving. At this point I'd vote for the communist party before I voted for McCain. Maybe it was this bad in previous elections and I didn't pay enough attention, but seeing everyone else decry this I don't think so.

I just don't believe this shit... how can this lying not cause more damage than it helps? Are there that many undecideds out there who didn't believe it when the Republicans told them Obama was a secret muslim, but now he's a socialist who wants to steal your things? Fucking hell people...

End Rant... I just needed to vent

You know what I don't get about politics and people... The die hard republicans and democrats. They blindly follow a party or ticket simply because they are affiliated with a party. For example, I play dodgeball with this woman from Texas, she's 26. We've talked politics before, and she seems to only want McCain because he is a republican, she even admitted to him not being a great choice. Oo

I guess its like people and religion, they can't get out of that bubble and think for themselves.

A guy at my work is the same way.

I think we've discussed why people vote for a party and not a candidate. However, it's the ones that actually try to defend this bullshit that I really don't understand.
